Design and Fit out
Nanny Outars is a Guyanese Roti house based in Boxpark Croydon.
Tasked with creating a simple yet unique space that echoed the fun elements of Guyanese culture without the stereotypes associated Caribbean aesthetic. Simplicity of fit out out was key, using a minimal material palette to give a simple yet well designed feel. Timber, glass, steel and gloss painted patterns on matt coloured walls helped to create an individual space with a contemporary feel.
Design and fit out was completed in collaboration with designer Robin Grasby.
